ShopRishi - Package not delivered

This website showing mobile available in stock. So I ordered by paying through PhonePe on */**/**. Immediately amount deducted but no confirmation SMS or email received. Then I called many times. The next day they gave confirmed order by SMS. Their website also started showing order confirmed. I further contacted via online chat on */*/** asked them why no calls from the delivery section they said tomorrow evening you will get. After that toll-free number not attended or no online chat shows offline. Order no *******. So please help to get my money refunded.
