Lufthansa Airline - Refund not Credited from 3 months and still not giving any time frame only excuses

Lufthansa Airline cancelled one of the sectors from New Delhi-Toronto flight, and then complete flight was cancelled from their end.The flight was scheduled to depart on *July,**** but retrieving the booking online, one of the sectors was showing cancelled, so i called the customer care on **th June,**** and asked them what is the status?
So they confirmed that complete booking is cancelled and i am eligible for full refund.
So i asked them to kindly go ahead and initiate my full refund. Then they asked me to mail them at : esales.delhi@dlh.de and ask for full refund. I immediately mailed them on **th June,**** and it is **th Sep,**** today and i am still chasing for my hard earned money. In the name of pandemic, they are only sending copy paste answers, or giving excuses of shortage of staff or not getting revert from their refunds team..
I mean this is the attitude towards a loyal customer?
Shame on Lufthansa !!!!
