Amit filed complaint against Lufthansa airline on Mar 18, 2020
Dear sir,
I made a flight tickets with Make my trip PNR NO. KNXDYE for multi city tickets. I started my journey from Bangalore to Prague on **th March **** and when I reached Prague, I got to know my future flight from Prague to Los Angeles is cancelled. The airline did not inform me anything. When I called airline customer care executive told me we are not able to change dates and we did not arrange ur next flight's, so better you book your new ticket from Prague to India and come back. We will be refund your all money. I booked a new ticket and come back India.
After coming back to India. I called may times to make my trip and Lufthansa airline but I did not get any response from both of companies. And still I did not get any refund of date changes of my flights.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
