Amit filed complaint against Lufthansa Airline on Jul 14, 2020
had booked my ticket through make my trip travel date **th March with the Booking ID , NN************* for multiple cites.
My flight effect covid ** and I did not complete my travel.
After that I made date changes for **th August on ward with PNR number ON*BSU with Lufthansa.
Again Lufthansa cancelled part flights. Than we raise queries for refund our money. But Lufthansa is telling we booked ticket through make my trip so they will made refund.
Please advise what to do next , we are suffering from last * months. No replies from airlines or make my trip,
