I have booked the hotel under ***% cancellation policy. The event which we supposed to go was cancelled due to Covid-**. I have cancelled my booking on *th March, **** but refund is not yet credited. I have called the customer service way too number of times and every time they say refund has been initiated then due to technical reasons it got cancelled. Same thing is repeatedly told from their side. I desperately need the money. It's been more than * months and refund has not been credited to my account.

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
