I have booked bus ticket of coimbatore to thanjavur on **may****, when i boarded bus in coimbatore bus got breakdown in *kms itself and then bus operator cancels the bus. I have raised the support ticket in goibibo customer portal but they didnt even talked to me and closed the ticket. And There is no option to speak customer support.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
