I have signed up for online Byju’s Classes for all subjects from the *th standard till * Standard for my Son on ** th January ****. Byjus had only taken live classes for the * rd standard for Maths only. They give only ** online classes.
For * standard there was no intimation for live classes at all for any subjects. I have paid Rs **,*** by EMI of Rs **** till ** months. No one from byjus is ready to answer my query as to why there was no live classes for my son. I tried to cancel my subscription, I did not get any reply from them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
