My flight from pune to Kolkata has been cancelled on * AUG **** by the spice jet airline due to covid **.
I booked the ticket through yatra.com
Total amount was Rs **** .
The amount is given back by spicejet to yatra.com. But Yatraa.com not refunding the same.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
