Hi I made a purchase on this website which is extremely pathetic.

Ordered delivered on -**th July,**
Raised request for return on the same day and return pick up happened on **th Aug,** after nearly ***of msgs sent to them , they credited refund amount to some cashfree freecharge account on **st Aug,**. Till now I am following up with them for clarity on my refund amount as I don’t have idea about any cashfree freecharge amount. The costumer care team so disgusting no one replies properly as well.
