i have booked flight thru alpfly for my wife the amount got deducted twice but pnr not generated. i have booked on **rd December **** and they have committed that refund will take ** working days total amount is Rs. ***** in * transaction Rs. **** each but refund not credited. i got the deadline for **th January but not received and they still making false promises attached screenshot for the reference. below are the details of transaction made on Alpfly.
