Alpfly - Flight tickets package bought but not returning amount after failing to provide tickets

I purchased metro deal ofalpfly to book tickets. One week before travel, they email me that they wont be able to provide me the tickets. This costed me double the money to book the tickets. Given that such things can again happen in future, i asked them to refund the amount of my all the remaining tickets. But they refused outrighly.
