Alpfly - Fraud by Alpfly

Alpfly Pvt. ltd. is a company who claims that they will provide a unique travel solutions. They are dealing in Air Travel Packages through their various plans. I have seen the advertisement at internet and attracts towards it lucrative plans. I talked to its executive Mr. Vinay Mukamia and after getting my various clarification resolved, I have decided to buy its Star Plan. On **- Oct-**** I have made a payment of Rs. *****/ (Reference No. : *****). After my purchase I have booked a ticket from Tuticorin to Delhi, but I am surprised to hear from its booking agent on **-Oct-**** that I will have only one option from Madurai to Delhi via Hyderabad and also time of travel is too much. Than instant I have decided to cancel my plan and I have conveyed the same to this executive. As per cancellation policy I am able to get **% of money if I will cancel my plan within ** days of purchase. I have dropped an email on ** Oct **** regarding the cancellation and on ** Oct ****. I have got reply to share the reason for cancellation. I have shared my concerned. After that I had a talk to their customer care executive and dropped the email, but they have not cancelled the plan and not refunded my money yet. Every time they are postponing my request. I am working with BHEL and currently I am posted at Tuticorin (Tamilnadu). I am too much far away from the Alpfly office and it is not possible for me to chase up them personally. I am mentally disturbed by their unethical and unprofessional behaviour. * month over but no response yet. Hence, you are requested to kindly look into this matter and forced them to return my money at the earliest. I will be grateful to you.
