Suman Patra filed complaint against Swiggy on Apr 18, 2019
I ordered food from Swiggy and made the payment in advance. After, waiting for the food for about * hour the status showed as delivered. I frantically rang the customer support and they issued me a refund. They are constantly claiming that the refund has been credited. I have all the evidence of my Bank account that the amount has not been credited. This is a mockery being made of a bonafide customer.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
