Arunvi Singh filed complaint against Goibibo on May 16, 2023
I reserved my flight tickets from the Goibibo platform on *rd May **** for * adult passengers for GoFirst Airlines (Mumbai - Lucknow) and then I cancelled my flight on the same day itself and chose the WALLET option for Quick and Hassel free reimbursement method which guaranteed me to repay within * Days now it has been more than * weeks I can't even express how frustrating it is to keep on asking for my own money. I tried to call on customer care after that they kept that call on hold so it's annoying to keep on waiting for them to proceed with the call which results in disconnecting still they don't even try to reconnect. My Total amount is of **,*** rupees.
They are just ignoring me and making this issue more complicated I am in a bit of a rush. Moreover, I have booked another airline tickets even though I Paid Extra money there are a lot of expenses I hope you understand.
recently I got in touch with GoFirst customer care again and they informed me that my refund has been initiated by Gofirst and will be refunded by Goibibo but even after waiting for so long there is no such positive update. My mother is a thyroid patient and this incident made her very weak and helpless. So. I'm requesting Gofirst and Goibibo to please refund my hard-earned money.
