Ajio - refund not credited

I have ordered Nike court vision low lace up shoes from Ajio application. there was stains inside the shoes it looked like it was used before. so i returned it next day as there was only one piece of the shoes of my size left i couldn't exchanged it. after ** days, i recieved a call from ajio that my product was suddenly became non ajio without any reason. then i called customer care, they told me that the product was damaged that they can't accept it. and sent ot back to me that too took almost ** days. now i am unable to return it.
