Ajio - Refund not credited

I have ordered a few products through pre paid method (UPI payment) on **/**/**** with order ID: **********. And in that one item had a bad quality so i returned it with the return ID: ******** . But as mentioned in the orders section in the ajio app no money was refunded to my source account even after the refund date and the app is showing the amount had refunded . So i want to know whether to the ajio wallet or to the source account that I have done the payment (UPI) will the amount got credited and when will the amount get credited as it's been ** days since the refund has been initiated. I have to order a few more products after this refund .

So kindly check on this and do the needful.
