Travolook - Refund not credited

I Booked ticket from Madurai to Dubai on April ** **** and the fair is *****.My ticket got cancelled due to fair exemption. They sent a message like your refund will be initiated and paid within *- ** working days. It has been a month now and still I didn't receive my money. **k is not small amount to keep quiet and I am mentally stressed thinking whether my money will be returned or not. They is no proper response from the company. I wrote so many mails and there is only templated mail response. I want my money back.
