upstox - Refund not credited
Akhilesh Mall filed complaint against upstox on May 10, 2021
I have sold my digital gold for Rs ***** on May *rd. Which should be refunded within ** to ** hours. Its been a week now still i haven't receive any refund. I have raised tickect three times, contacted their customer service already but no one is helping. I have never hear any reply from the ticket I raised. please help.
