I booked my international tickets on September ****, the flights were cancelled due lockdown and I couldn't travel. Initially they gave refund as gocash and I wanted to get my refund to my original mode of payment as go cash had expiry time and I no longer have travel plans.
I have made innumerable calls to the indigo customer care they gave me fake reference number telling tge transaction has already been made. I confirmed with the bank that there was no such transaction under the given reference number. They were only dodging me and never made any sincere statements.
My PNR number is DW*DXE.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
