Travolook - Refund not credit

I had made a flight ticket reservation from Vijayanagar to Chennai via Travolook for * August **** . But just after ** minutes of flight ticket booking, I found that the ticket was canceled from the airline’s end. I was shocked how it could be because I had booked my flight tickets from Travolook and I had paid for the tickets even though my ticket got canceled. I contacted the Travolook support team and asked for help. The executive of Travolook assured that they will initiate the refund, it was due to flight fare changes by the airline. The airline will refund the amount after **-** working days then we will refund you. I was ok with that because I knew airlines used to take **-** working days to refund. But even though ** days later I did not receive the refund, I sent an email to Travolook again. I waited for a reply for two days and got no response. So, I called them and an executive answered my call. When I asked for the refund, the Travolook support team not refund in last * month not credit my amount
