i bought hp laptop from flipkart i ordered on **nd september it got delivered to me on **rd september but the laptop screen is not working. I received this defective product from flipkart, so I tried to replace it on flipkart app but that technical error was coming. So I asked customer care to replace it then they registered my complaint and told me our team will call you on **th September. Then I got a call from Flipkart on **th September and told me that there is some technical error in our system, then you wait ** hours. Then I get a call from flipkart on **th september and then say wait ** hours. Then I get a call from Flipkart on **th September and tell me that your refund will be done in your account within * to * days. And till now I have not received any refund from flipkart and also did not take this defective product. Whenever i call flipkart customer care they tell me to wait ** hours i have all proof against flipkart. my order I'd od******************
