Travolook - Refund not complete even after almost 4 months

I booked a flight ticket through travolook on June * **** for journey on june * ****. I was charged Rs **** for this booking which didn't get completed and transaction cancelled from server side but my money was debited by then. From that day onward, i sent them dozens of mails, calls but everytime they picked up, they told me to wait for *-** working days, you will get your refund. Today it has been almost * months, and still they reply the same thing today also and that too after calling them ** times and getting connected to them only * out of ** or * out of ** times. I believe travolook is a big fraud. Someone must form a group, raise money and file a case in court and ask for compensation for mental harrassments of at least * lakh for each of the complainant.
