amazon - Refund not being provided

The issue that I have experienced was: I brought Benq make projector costing ***** INR on **.**.**** on amazon, i made payment through ICICI bank credit card (* months-EMI basis). However i did not like the quality of the projector and returned the item by selecting relvent reason from the dropdown. The pick happened on **.**.****. But the pick happend against against different order id. When i checked my amzon account i found that they picked up the projector against differrent pick up order of mine. Immediately i contacted the amazon customer care and they assured me that they will process the refund by **.**.****. On **.**.**** when i contacted them they fixed the new deadline of **.**.****. On **.**.**** they are saying that they will process the refund by **.**.****. This is painful and created lot of resentment in me. They also provided me a tracking number ********* and said that when the item will be received at amazon ware house they will do the need ful to process my refund of ***** INR . When i tracked through this tracking id it shows that item has been already delivered at amazon warehouse. But my refund is yet to be processed.
