Yatra.com - Refund not being processed

I booked tickets to japan before the pandemic and got approval for my refund from yatra.com via email on the june **th, since then it has been a series of emails back and forth from them where they say the refund will be done and please check my account in * to ** days, after which hen I email them, they say we will look into the matter and again the entire process of waiting starts. recently on sept **th I got the breakup and the details of the amount I was getting refunded and now its October and neither have the gotten back to me or the refund come through. i purchased this on my credit card and am having to pay interest on the card for this amount and I mentioned it to them which obvisoly has called on deaf ears. this is nothing more than harassment at a time where any amount of money is a big deal. i have the entire trail of emails for the same.
