Mamta Kejriwal filed complaint against Tata Cliq on Aug 4, 2020
I had placed a return request for the ordered printer , as the printers glass was cracked from side. I have been calling their customer support from * days, and they are saying that someone will pick the printer and initiate a refund. But they are not initiating the pickup and refund process. I have called multiple times from different numbers also, but every time they say it will be done in *-* days. My return request was placed on **th July. It has been * days now and nothing has been done. They have also stopped responding to my calls and now my money is stuck.
