a regular customer on cleartrip, I made a booking that did not go through. the failed transaction message was sent to me immediately and I was promised the refund latest by ** working days. it going to be close to a month now and I have not received my refund. I cannot believe that such a reputed company can be such a fraud. they do not have proper customer care machinery. you can email them but they respond at their will. I will not ask you to boycott the company but be careful. they are thieves.
