I ordered a TV console unit (furniture) “ THE ATTIC Solid Wood TV Entertainment Unit” from Flipkart on **-Apr-****. It was informed to me that delivery of product would be on **-Apr-****.
I got notification that product is shipped on **-Apr-****. I got no notification or message after that. Suddenly on **-Apr morning I got update notification from Flipkart that delivery is delayed by a week and it would get delivered on **-Apr-****.
I waited. Then I got call from Flipkart on **-Apr-**** after raising a complaint that product has not come.
They told me to wait until evening *pm or else I could call back and get my refund. Even flipkart team weren’t able to trace where the product was. They didn’t have a connect to the seller.
Now they again moved delivery date to **-Apr-****. Since Flipkart themselves has no clue of the product I felt it’s better to get my money back.
Now they say they cannot refund my money at any cost. This is extremely frustrating and a lot of money is down the drain.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
