Fireboltt - Refund not arrived

I ordered an fireboltt axiom from them on * jan **** , and i wasn't able to take delivery at my address so i called the delivery guy and told him to refuse the delivery and take refund. On *th jan i canceled the order. Now today it's almost one week and the product also returned to their warehouse but no message or anything regarding my refund is initiated. I am too much frustrated because of this. Even there customer service is too bad for it.
