Yatra.com - Refund no credited to my account

Not available on calls.. *th grade email replies and what not without any banking sense from their c grade employees
I made *** payments to yatra.com from my dena bank a/c on ** /**/** amount of Rs **** x * times.Because I cancelled the booking on **th dec and **th dec. A refund was  initiated by yatra.com on same dena a/c no. But just in time changed to BOB with new a/c no. on **th dec **** and **th dec **** amounting to rs **** and rs **** for both respectively.( total *****)

I have not any recieved payments yet.
It is been more than a month.Yatra.com have confirmed me with transaction Id and succesful payment from their side by I did not receive any.
Note : It was a UPI transfer while paying from google pay linked with my debit card of dena bank.
