LaBelle Slimming Skin and Hair Clinic - Refund needed

I have signed up vth labelle for weight loss and skin care at Secunderabad branch and I paid ***** and ***** as initial amounts and remaining as emi . But o thought emi process would take time . But the next itself I called them and asked for to cancel loan , the financial team said they need to get cancellation email from labelle clinic . So I contacted them next day itself but they are not agreeing to it. Can u plz help by solving this getting my money back and cancelling the loan process which I can’t afford because of not having job and I dint even took a single treatment from them at all .
