Hi sir, my name is Peddirajula Swamy Munagala, Feb **th i paid money for treatment but unfortunately treatment not started this is *th month.I lost my job in this COVID-** situation.i can't effort the money in this situation. I don't have money for surviving now. I also asked the local branch but no one helping me, they said only in there no refund policy,. that company also not opened at. i am really worried about this issue because i took the Loan for this treatment, every month i have to pay *k. i don't have money to Pay EMI every month because i lose the job, present situation is very bad. that's why I am giving complaint to you. In this situation living is important for me. please sir help me.
