I took a treatment for mild pigmentation at Labelle on *th March **** and I have spent more than eighty thousand rupees until now on this treatment.
I was promised my face would improve after I took the treatment by the manager zeeshan but reality was totally different from what was told to me. The doctor advised five sessions of laser initially but then Zeeshan told me there's one new treatment called INSTA WHITENING for ***** rupees and even though I was sceptical she convinced me saying to trust her and she will not recommend it if it's not good because ultimately they are there to help the customers with their issues.
She told me it's one kit where everything is there and which will last for more than a year and there will be no additional expenses. It's only later on I came to know it was all lies because afterwards I had to buy some other things from outside as per the doctor's prescription and that kit is only for a month and half of use.
Actually nothing was discussed with me, what's the treatment like, whenever I asked Zeeshan she would say just trust me and shut me up.
As for the treatment, they put me on COSMELAN and only for one month. I didn't even know that this is the treatment but later I came to know this is formally a six month treatment after reading instructions on the box but I was not told anything about this at the beginning when I paid the money and immediately after one month they started laser treatment. I read on the internet that there should be a waiting time before they start lasers.
The first two sessions of laser were very mild so I didn't realise anything, it was the third session that burnt my face and it was damaged badly, I had a black crust-like formation on my face. The then Manager at Labelle, Suman, Dr Alekya and Shravanti also saw the damage. In fact I remember the doctor saying to send for a biopsy or something like that.
I had posted a review in Google about this experience and Suman told me to delete it which I did because she convinced me that she will ensure this damage is repaired. Then they did a hydra facial and sent me home but three four days also I didn't see any change so I called Suman but she didn't have any answer for my question and thereafter they stopped all communication with me and this was in the month of October **** , I waited for a long time to hear from them but nothing happened and also I didn't know what to do, so in April ****, I contacted them again for a refund because my sessions were still pending at that time for which I paid the money already and they were not doing anything to repair this damage on my face and stopped my treatment completely. So I was told to meet Preeti , the area manager. I met her but she convinced me that this can be easily fixed and she will talk to the marredpally branch about it. But when I met them they were not really keen to solve this and the current manager pramila said we can only give four sessions and we can't guarantee anything so I went back to Preeti saying my two paid sessions were already pending so what is that they are doing to repair the damage on my face. So I was asked to go to the Banjara hills branch. Here they did my two pending sessions and one extra and asked me to not come any more and to contact marredpally branch henceforth. The three sessions was an eye opener because there before the session they clean the face and apply carbon peel to mitigate burning but in marredpally they never prepared your skin for the laser and directly did the laser and that damaged my face.
I feel cheated , even after spending so much money the result is a damaged face. They keep tossing me aside whenever I ask for justice. They are not taking the responsibility saying that the manager promised but that the manager represented the company when I met them.
They caused me immense mental trauma and also loss of money by giving false assurance and sub standard treatment.
I want a refund and also compensation for the emotional pain they put me through.
