Nobroker - Refund needed for relax plan

Hi team,

This is to bring up to notice that i didnt use any of the service provided by nobroker and i wasn’t satisfied with the work with nobroker initially while buying the relax plan i was conveyed that broker would come and take me to sites but that was not the case and I didn’t get notified to many flats also i myself searched the area for flats without any help relationship manager was not communicating well she was simply cutting the calls and sending random flats which doesn’t suits my interest and requirements. Please refund my hard earned money **** rupees immediately. I’m a normal person and i cant afford to lose that sum without getting any work done please consider this as the request and pls return me back my money.
