On *th Feb ** I initiated booking for resort room from yatra site by registering my email j**************@gmail.com to the site as they have asked.The amount for above mentioned transaction was deducted from my account which was ₹.**** but not any booking reference number or mail about same was delivered to me. I'd called the resort and come to know that not any booking done by yatra.com against my name. I tried connecting yatra.com but due to extremely pathetic customer support services I was unable to report my complaint. Now kindly help me out getting my money back. Ask me if any other details are required.
