Faisal imran ahmed shaikh filed complaint against Zomato on May 20, 2025
I was booking a movie ticket for my family through district app by zomato on **th may ****, while making payment through google pay the money got debited from my accoubt and also show successful and received by the merchant in google pay but the transaction on district app by zomato show failed. So i lodge a complain with them they said we will look into it and will issue a refund for the same but after * day they emailed me stating that they have not received any payment dispite sending them screenshots of the transaction they still denied it. Hence i am requesting to help me get my hard earned money back.
