Dear sir,
This is Ravi Teja S, i am a Lazypay customer and i have ***** credit limit in lazypay , on Feb * nd i have done rent payment through Paytm and FreeCharge those are not accepting lazypay card, that time those transactions are failed , like ***** , ***** ,***** and *****, these amount are not accepting merchants even my money is not debited , but they are updating outstanding due with total of ******, and they are charging carrying forward interest on me. I tried to explain this issue via phone call, they don't have customer care number and i have write ** -** mails , still they are not responding please help me this issue
