I cancelled order on swiggy on * June and they told me that I will get a refund within *-* business days and it's been ** days and they haven't given my refund yet. I have already called them so many times and they say that contact us through the mail and I also mailed them and sent my bank statement and described my problem but it's been * days and they haven't given any reply. I called there customer care number so many times and sometimes they say that refund is completed. If I haven't recieved money in my bank account and I have already mailed them my bank statement so how can they say that refund is completed. They are cheating their customers. They stole my money. They should be banned.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
