Subhadeep Sadhukhan filed complaint against Axis Bank on Oct 26, 2023
On *th October **** I got a refund of Rs ****.** from IRCTC providing me the transaction ID P********************** and a email stating that "Refund is completed successfully to your bank". But still after ** days no money received from bank. The Bank is delaying the process for some unknown reason and i am feeling mentally harrased. And the Axis Bank customer service is pathetic to resolve my problem.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

Axis bank account balance **** maintained .but axis bank take maintance charges,GST take in account so my money totally loss for ₹**** ( * times of GST charges ,maintance charges * times)
Axis bank employee is not willing to hand over my cheque book. Their intention is to harras customers. My cheque book is already delivered to my branch but they are not providing the same.
Amount has been deducted while transections without any information's, and these deductions are still continuing. kindly resolve this asap. and please refund the deducted amount.
