Subhashree Das filed complaint against Yatra.com on May 28, 2020
Booked flight tickets for * people, NDLS -> BBSR, in Vistara via Yatra.com on **-Feb-****. Travel Date: April-**-****, PNR#SXCV*B, Booking ID# *************. Lock-down was declared, flight was automatically cancelled. Vistara sent a message that the amount paid will be put in credit shell for future travel. However when Lock-down *.* was imposed on May **, I finally put a request for cancellation of my tickets on **-May-**** via Yatra. Yatra states the refund is under process and will intimate once it is successfully done. Vistara Nodal Officer states that the refund is already processed from their end. Whereas Yatra says two versions: *. that the amount is still held by Vistara in a credit shell, and *. they are still awaiting refund from Vistara. Please look in to this, as a customer I need to know truth that whether my hard-earned money will be refunded back or not? Thanks- Subhashree Das
