I purchased a new Samsung j* mobile on *-*-** but unfortunately, the device got bent automatically after I kept in the pocket and riding on the bike. I call customer care number they told me that you have to visit the service centre and they will solve. When I visited the Samsung service centre my experience is very disappointing. Firstly they refuse to get my phone repair under warranty because it was bend & said it does not cover in warranty but you can also check with service executives there are no dents and scratches on mobile. I know how neat I used my mobile then how they can say is a mistake of customer warranty is void.
Its a totally manufacturing defect and you have to refund my mobile amount as there are none of my faults. I paid ***** because I have trust in Samsung quality now I don't want to be a cx of Samsung here I am attaching my mobile job sheet.
