Dear Goibibo Team,
I am writing to request a refund for my cancelled flights Booking ID: GOFLDSTLXVTNVJWA**** and Booking ID: GOFLDSTSQR*O*BNS**** due to unforeseen medical reasons. Despite my previous requests, I have yet to receive the full refund amount.
I had to cancel my trip due to my mother's medical reasons, which was unforeseen and unavoidable. I have already shared a doctor's note and medical certificate to support my claim.
I understand that your standard policy may have certain restrictions, but I hope you can appreciate the exceptional circumstances. I would like to request a full refund considering my mother's medical condition.
If I do not receive the refund within the next ** days working days, I will be forced to explore legal options, including filing a complaint with the consumer court. I would prefer to resolve this matter amicably, but I will not hesitate to take legal action if necessary.

I don't have a medical bill because I have purchased medicines from outside the hospital, and I also don't have an admission and discharge slip because my mother was not hospitalized. A doctor's note and medical certificate are enough to support my claim.
