Air Arabia - refund make flight available

i am medical student , completely depending on parents for my studies and expenses.
i had a return ticket from delhi to kiev on *rd march , because of covid and some other of their confidential reasons the air arabia was not allowing to board the flight because of which i postponed the flight to ** march and the same situation was on going at that time because of which i had only chance to cancel the flight , i cancelled the flight and received credit amount of RS *****.** , which would expire on ** december **** ( which i had to use only with air arabia ) i thought i may use these credits later while booking ticket before september , as our new semseter would start
from september .

i have been trying to book ticket for august from a long time earlier there was no avaiable flights and my money was stuck with airline, i was in close contact with air arabia support , in one of email i was informed that first available flight is for **nd july after a week flight was cancelled , * days ago there were avaible flights for * august today again there are no flights till * august .


even if i book flight for any date after * august , i am sure the flight will be cancelled again and my some amount of money will be gone in cancellation and other will be in credits which i can only use to book air arabia . and abount ar arabia we dont know when it will resume from delhi to kiev

so how i am affected is
*) i have to fly to kiev before ** august anyhow.
*)if i book with air arabia , they will cancel and i had to again wait if they resume flight or not also my money will be deducted ( around *-* thousand inr )
*)i cannot ask money from parents again and again to book another flight.
*) i cannot wait , my semster is also going to start ,


*) let me know exact date when air arabia will fly from delhi to kiev , or
*)arrange a ticket for me in any other airline no more than their current prices
*) refund the amount
