I Placed an Order For Kaeel OriginaI BM** ****mAh Battery for Xiaomi Redmi Note * / Note * Pro with (** Days Warranty),
ORDER ID # ***-*******-*******.
I Returned it Because Its Not Working as it Should be, Product Picked Up By Delhivery Courier.
Pickup Tracking ID: *************. Seller Received Return.
Refund Issued On **th July And Today is *th August, But Sadly Till Date Not Got Refund Due to Amazon India's Technical Issues,
Amazon Executive Tejasri Committed that wait for *-* working Days for the update. And if there are EMI charges against this order we will help with the charges as a refund in amazon pay balance as soon as you share the snapshot of charge receipt.
On *th Of August Amazon Pay Later Deducted ****.** From My Bank Account and Still Not Got Refund Worth Rs **** For ORDER # ***-*******-*******. I Attached Snapshot & Emailed her But Till Date Not Got Refund & Also Not Got Wrongly Debited Amount as Amaon Pay Balance As Comitted By Executive Tejasri.
Now No Response From Tejasri & Still Other Executives Says that We are Investigating Entire Matter till Date.
