On June *st I booked for a ticket in UTS app and the money is deducted from my account but I didn't receive the ticket.I enquired with the customer care service of irctc and they said like you will receive your refund within ** days..but till now I didn't receive it . They said to file a compliant in E-query but those complaints are being rejected from them but idk the reason. They said to give ** digits transaction ID but I'm having a ** digits ID from gpay. Customer care centre has said to be me *** right? You will receive it..but still now it's not resolved.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
