Onroadz car Rental - Refund Issue

We booked a Rental car from the mentioned company from Hennur Onroadz car Rental. They asked to bring Driving license, adhar card softcopy,Rental agreement and Working proof i.e work ID. We payed the booking amount of Rs **** advance, at the time of booking.
When we reached to collect the car, they took all the above mentioned Documents and demanded local address proof mentioned in Rental agreement and later the Payslip as well. We denied to provide the payslip, they started to force to provide it. To avoid the circumstance We asked to cancel the booking. They asked to call customer support team to get the refund, when we called the support team they are now denying to provide it.
