Onroadz car Rental - NonDelivery of Booked Vehicle

I would like to lodge a formal complaint against ONROADZ Car Rentals Private Limited regarding a failed car booking and the inconvenience caused.

I was traveling to Coimbatore and required a self-drive car. On **rd April, I contacted the company through Google, and I was asked to pay an advance of INR **** to confirm the booking. I made the payment via UPI, after which I received a confirmation message.

However, upon reaching Coimbatore, I attempted to contact the company, but there was no response. The booked vehicle was not provided, and despite multiple calls, I was unable to reach anyone. I was left stranded and had to make alternative arrangements at the last minute, which caused significant inconvenience, frustration, and loss of time.

I request:

A full refund of the advance amount paid (INR ****).
Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, mental stress, and time wasted due to the company’s negligence.
