Vle Bazaar Gurgaon - Refund Issue

I made an order for TP Link AC*** Wifi Range Extender on *th June. The order was supposed to be shipped by *th June, however it wasn't shipped. Upon enquiry I was told that it would take a few more days. But I needed the product immediately, therefore I asked them to cancel the order. I enquired them again on **th June, regarding refund, but I was told that the order hasn't been cancelled yet. They took my cancellation request and told me that I would get refund by **th. I again called them on **th and they told that the order is yet to be cancelled. They finally cancelled my order on **th and told that refund will be issued by *nd July. However, as on date they are still refusing the refund.
