Kingston filed complaint against Swiggy on Feb 17, 2019
I have placed an order in xyz restaurant. Swiggy follows * criteria *) order placed *) preparing food *) out for delivery.
I've received the message like your order is out for delivery.
I received a call from the delivery guy he said, sir, your order is not there in the restaurant. So cancel the order from your side. He also guides me to do cancel on my mobile. He said I speak with some authority that they will give you a full refund. After cancelling the order I received refund money as **rs immediate. My question is what is my mistake here ordered in swiggy or blindly followed that delivery man's words.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
