I am prasanth is prasanth. To buy a Dell laptop I made a transaction on **/**/**** from my SBI account ***********. The amount is **,***.**INR. I used UPI mode of transaction and credited to payee account-****SL***PAY, IFSC code-ICIC*DC****. Dell initiated amount to refund on **/**/**** but still it is not reflecting in my account. please resolve the issue as soon as possible
