It all started on **th-Jun-** when I tried to book a flight ticket from Travolook from Hyderabad to Kolkata. The booking went fine, but soon after I have received an email from them that, they could not book my ticket due to a technical issue & initiated a refund for the same, which was supposed to happen in *-* working days.
However, till date they have not refunded the amount. Every time I try to call/email them, they say that the refund will take another *-* working days. I have sent couple of reminders as well, but no luck. I am not able to escalate this even, their customer care team is useless & they keep playing the same record every time.
Need your expert help to get me the refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
